Pet Agreement:

This pet agreement serves as an addendum to the Accommodation Agreement between: Park Holidays UK:

The Entertainer:

THIS PET AGREEMENT made between Park Holidays UK and Entertainer named above hereby permits the Entertainer on the stated tenancy agreement to keep at the premises the identified domestic pet during the term of the agreement and any renewals thereof, subject to the following:

 

  1. Pets are only permitted with the full agreement of the following persons:

    • South Stars Entertainment Ltd

    • General Manager - Park Holidays UK

  2. The pet/s shall be kept inside the Entertainer accommodation at all times except for the purposes of regular exercise and toileting, when at all times the pet shall be accompanied by the Entertainer.

  3. The pet/s shall be walked / exercised off the immediate premises and all fouling / droppings shall be immediately removed and cleaned away.

  4. All local rules and bylaws relating to the keeping of pets and the avoidance of neighbour nuisance shall be fully complied with.

  5. The Entertainer shall take all reasonable measures to avoid pet odours and smells within the accommodation.

  6. Pets shall be tagged and identified and regularly medically checked, kept free of fleas, wormed and injected as is required by a qualified vet.

  7. It is agreed that any damage caused inside or outside the accommodation and any cleaning and renewals required to eradicate odours or pest infestations shall be the full responsibility of the Entertainer. Park Holidays UK shall be fully reimbursed with the cost of any remediation.

  8. The Entertainer shall fully indemnify Park Holidays UK against any legal claims (including all costs) from third parties for damages, nuisance or injuries directly or indirectly caused by the pet/s.

  9. Where Park Holidays UK so requires an additional deposit amount shall be paid over and / or evidence of a suitable pet insurance policy provided annually.

  10. Should it subsequently be determined (at the sole discretion of Park Holidays UK) that the pet or pets in question cause unacceptable levels of damage, noise or nuisance problems, then the Entertainer shall remove the animal within 5 days.

  11. A security deposit of £500 will be paid to South Stars Management Ltd within 4 weeks of your first contracted pay. This payment can be split between 3 payments (6 weeks) but must be paid within the allocated time frame.

  12. If the above deposit is not paid within the allocated time frame, you will be asked to remove your pet from the premises and source alternative arrangements within 48 working days.

  13. Deposit will be returned at the end of the agreement only when the accommodation has been checked.

 

 

The Tennant / Entertainer must SIGN below to agree the following points:
